Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room with a huge lounge included was a great surprise for me, even though it was on the first floor and had a serious slope. The service was exceptional, from having my case carried to my room to being cooked an early breakfast before the normal time. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything, but not ideal for a quiet meal. The dining experience was unique and delicious, served in the lounge bar area. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel offers spacious family apartments that are not just regular rooms, with decent sizes and a welcoming atmosphere. The service is top-notch with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location is great for tourists exploring the area, albeit not ideal for quiet relaxation. The dining experience at Kirkland's is outstanding, especially with the delicious breakfast options. The facilities are well-maintained and provide a comfortable stay, offering good value for money.
Over the Easter bank holiday weekend, the hotel rooms were modern and super clean with comfortable beds, although there was no view and some noise like a door knocking below overnight. The service was exceptional, kindly accommodating my medically enforced strict diet and being very warm and welcoming. The location was perfect for breaking up a journey with easy access to surrounding towns and picturesque walks by the loch. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of options and a great bar. Overall, a spotlessly clean and welcoming hotel worth returning to.
